GUACAMOLE Approximately 2 cups

INGREDIENTS

crillos avocados or 3 Hass avocados, peeled, seeded and hollowed from the shell
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
2

serrano peppers or 1 jalapeño pepper, opened, seeded, finely chopped
1

tablespoon cilantro (leaves only) finely chopped
salt to taste

TO SERVE

corn tostadas

PROCEDURE

Purée avocado flesh together with the lime juice.
Add onion, peppers and cilantro. Season.
Serve with tortillas, tostadas or antojito snacks

GUACAMOLE WITH TOMATOES

Add 1 saladet tomato, peeled and seeded, finely diced.

GUACAMOLE WITH POMEGRANATE

Add 4 tablespoons of red pomegranate seeds

GUACAMOLE WITH WATERMELON

Add ½ cup watermelon, seeded and finely diced.
